Fee Structure

Clear, predictable fees for complex work

We publish our rates because good counsel should be easy to evaluate. Every engagement letter states the scope, the hourly rate, and the cap. No vague time entries, no surprise line items — just precise legal work at a price you can plan around.

Hourly Rates

Our time is billed in six-minute increments, and each matter is staffed to the appropriate level. Partner time is reserved for strategic decisions, negotiation, and review; associate time handles the drafting and analysis beneath.

Partners

Lead counsel on every matter, with a rate of $495/hour. You work directly with the lawyer responsible for the outcome; she is the one in the room and the one who signs.

$495/hr

Senior Associates

Eight or more years in practice, each with a concentration in a single area. They structure the deal, run the diligence, and join every substantive call.

$375/hr

Associates

Day-to-day drafting and research, always under express partner direction. Their work is reviewed and marked, and the value shows in the final agreement.

$240/hr

Flat-Fee Packages

For matters that repeat, we offer fixed fees with a clear scope. If the situation you bring is different, we give you a custom cap before we begin.
